This was a xmas gift for my son who researched this product before purchasing. He felt it was the best one around. He is happy with the performance. I ordered this online from Cellular Factory and was happy with the service. Any question I had was answered immediately. I would puchase from them again.

I am using this cooling pad on a Dell 1558 and doing a lot of video work. I have not had any issues with over heating. I believe this is a very well designed product for cooling. It is not lap friendly, but that not what I was looking for anyway.

Good item. I will give 5 stars if the fan can last one year. Not sure at this time
