The pairing instructions need to be clearer to tell you to have the phone off and when turning it on, hold the "power" button until a solid blue is shown. In the very small instructions, the pairing instructions are after it tells how to turn on the phone, but says nothing about starting from the off status.

It has a very long battery life, and recharges quick. the outside of the device is silicone, and is comfortable to hold, it is textured so it is easy to grip, and does not slip out of your hand. Pairs real easy, and is LOUD, I do not hear well, and I have to turn it down to half volume. this is an amazing value, and it is fun to whip out to answer calls on to.
