Sandra . 01 Jun, 2012 I think this product was not meant for an older person. It is very small and hard to operate. I have not been able to use it successfully at all. I went to T-Mobile and had my daughter try to help me, but older people like me lack sensitivity in the fingertips and I am too clumsy to make it work. Maybe I should keep trying, but I thought it would be easier than it is. Any advice or website with detailed instructions would be appreciated.
