jimmy . 22 Sep, 2011 I ordered two items. One of these items did not work. I plugged it in the outlet and nothing. The indicator light did not come on. Not a very good experience. I want to return the one that's not working, but I do not have the original packaging. Uuuggghhhh!!! Jimmy
