Janine . 23 Jan, 2012 I have an old phone so it is hard to find a headset. I tried one from a big box store that had adaptors..had to take that back. I decided to look on the web for a solution..I was very glad when I found them here. They were less expensive and better quality, with no need for adaptors! But the real point is that it works great! I can hear, the earpiece fits well, and they can hear me. The customer service and promptness of shipping will keep me as a customer.
