I was very happy to receive my replacement cord at a price far reduced from what the factory was going to charge me. It works fantastic. Besides saving on the cost of the cord and free shipping I was abe to purchase a replacement battery (I haven't tried it yet) and also a multiple port to transfer pictures from different size memory cards.My only complaint through the process is when I tried calling and would get a messge that the voice mail box was full and I could not leave a message. When I was able to leave a message, I did not receive a call back. I will recommend you and use you for future purchases, but thought you would like to know and maybe do something about the phone. Had purchased my Samsung SH1oo on Ebay and it didn't come with the USB Cable Cord. I contacted Cellular Factory and they had the USB Cable Cord for it. The cord works great, has an arrow that turns from red to green once the camera is fully charged. The service from Cellular Factory was curtious and the shipping was fast. My daughter lost her charger and USB cable for her Samsung camera and the replacement cost from Samsung was almost the same cost as the camera. I found your company on line and your replacement parts were a less than a third the cost ($19.99). My only disapointment was the fact the parts took 4 weeks to arrive and we did not have them in time for our vacation, even though we live in Canada I have had other ground mail shipments from the US that never take more than 5 - 10 days at the most to arrive. In the future I would like to see you offer Canadian customers the option of courier or or an upgraded priorority delivery and charge us the difference. Ernie Williams (905) 717-0884

I lost my cable that goes from my camera to my laptop and I thought it would be so hard to get a replacement not the case. I went on the Cellular Factory website and in no time I found what I was looking for and I also got a mini tripod for it to. the cable cords works but the only problem is that the part that is connected to the camera is fragile. when the cable is twisted the inernal conections get broken (three little cables empalmed get loose.) it will be better if the cable stay fiixed or be part of the little case of the circuit some movement dont brake them.
