Andy . 14 Jul, 2011 I bought this to help me with stop motion video, because my camera needed extra stability. So far I am quite pleased with it, especially for the price. It's small and can fold up out of the way, but the extending legs give me needed flexibility. The only problem I've had with it is that since the legs rely on friction to keep them from changing length, they sometimes slide downwards when I press the capture image button, which is on top of the camera. Overall though, this is a very useful and well designed little stand. Very worth the investment.
