I ordered this online from Cellular Factory and was happy with the service. Any question I had was answered immediately. I would puchase from them again.
Claudette . 23 May, 2012 I am using this cooling pad on a Dell 1558 and doing a lot of video work. I have not had any issues with over heating. I believe this is a very well designed product for cooling. It is not lap friendly, but that not what I was looking for anyway.
