If you would like to return or exchange some merchandise, please follow the steps below to insure that your request is processed as quickly as possible. Please read the product's description carefully before placing an order. Call us if you have any questions about the product. One of our goals is to have all orders shipped with a 100% satisfaction. But, if you are not happy with a product that you bought, please return it to us in an unused condition within 15 days after the date you received your order. (Note: A 15% restock charge will be imposed for returns that have been used or damaged). If it was a mistake on our end, we will refund the full amount including postage.
