If you would like to return or exchange some merchandise, please follow the steps below to insure that your request is processed as quickly as possible. But, if you are not happy with a product that you bought, please return it to us in an unused condition within 15 days after the date you received your order. (Note: A 15% restock charge will be imposed for returns that have been used or damaged). If it was a mistake on our end, we will refund the full amount including postage.
