Ordering and Checkout

After shopping on CellularFactory.com and locating products you wish to purchase, simply click on "Add" The shopping cart holds products you wish to purchase. Once you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout, follow the Checkout process.

Update the quantity. To do this, simply select the quantity you wish to purchase.

Remove an item from your Shopping Cart. To remove an item, click the box next to the item you wish to delete.

Return to shopping. If you wish to continue shopping on CellularFactory.com, you can use the Shopping Cart to store items you wish to purchase. Click on "Continue Shopping" to search the site for additional items. At any time during your shopping experience, you can return to your Shopping Cart by clicking on "View Cart."

Proceed to secure Checkout. When you are ready to purchase your item(s), click on "Checkout." Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure. For more information on our secure shopping guarantee, click here.

Select Your Shipping Method. From the options provided, select from the shipping methods that are available for the item(s) you wish to purchase. For complete shipping information, click here. If you have a Discount or Coupon Code, enter it in the box under "Priority Code."

Shipping and Billing. Enter your shipping address and your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. You will be prompted to enter a billing and shipping address for the item(s) being purchased. Your credit card will not be accepted without the appropriate billing address. If you wish to ship to a different address other than your billing address, you may do so at this time by clicking on "different address for delivery." 

Review Your Order. On the "Order & Information confirmation" page, you can review your entire order, including your shipping address, shipping method(s), and billing information, all of which can be edited at this point. You will also see your applied discounts and promotions, total charges, and gift options. To complete your purchase, click on "process final order."  Please click "Checkout" only ONCE to prevent double billing!

Receipt Page. After you complete the checkout process, the Receipt Page provides you with your order number and information about the order. Keep your order number in a safe place; it will be needed for all order references. Print this screen and save it for your records.

If your total order cost equals or exceeds $150, your order is subject to verification. A Customer Service Specialist will contact you via telephone within 24 to 48 hours, to confirm your order, verify your address and credit card information before your order is processed.
