If you would like to return or exchange merchandise, please follow the steps below to ensure that your request is processed as quickly as possible.
Returns Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria
If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, you will be incurred a 15% restocking fee. Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufacturers do not allow us to make any exceptions.
All returns must include the following:
1. Original item and its original packaging (manufacturer's box or packaging, Styrofoam padding, plastic bags, etc.).
2. The return must be complete with all accessories and documentation with which it came (manuals, extra ear pieces, antennas, remote controls, micro SD adapters, cords, etc.).
3. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or copy of original invoice if we have instructed you to include it. To request a Return Authorization, simply fill out the form here. If you run into any problems, please contact our Customer Service Center at (877) 298-7485.
- Unless otherwise stated below, RMAs are valid for 30 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product). If you are ineligible for an RMA, contact us directly at (877) 298-7485, and upon our discretion, we will either grant or deny the return.
- Except as provided for verified defective products (See Returns Policy for Defective Products below), you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Department.
- Credit will be issued only if the merchandise is in "like new" condition, and is in strict conformance with the criteria listed above. The purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
- A 15% restocking fee will be incurred if orders are canceled after they are processed and packaged.
- If the product is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals, it will not be eligible for credit or exchange.

- Allow up to 14 days from shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Department. Note: Delivery times vary based on shipper selected, although we recommend USPS 1st Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receipt of the item.
- By returning the product, you understand that the risk of loss for the product being returned shall be yours at all times during the shipment of said product to the Returns Department.
Returns Policy for Defective Products
- Defective products can either be returned for exchange of the same product or a different one (cost adjustments will be made appropriately); or, at the sole discretion of CellularFactory.com, the purchase price can be refunded to the original method of payment used on the order. For defective products, a Return Authorization may only be granted within 30 days of the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product).
- We will replace the defective item and issue a USPS return label (via email) to return the defective item at no cost to you. Please call and speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives at (877) 298-7485 after filling out the RMA.
- Once your return is processed, is verified to be defective and meets the basic criteria above, your replacement order will be fulfilled. The shipment time of your replacement product may vary depending upon product availability.
- For full credit, we will reimburse you once we verify the return to be defective. We will also reimburse you for your original shipping expenses, if applicable.
- If you have mailed in your item without waiting for the return label, and your return is verified as defective, CellularFactory.com will only reimburse USPS 1st Class Mail shipping rates for the return. CellularFactory.com does NOT refund expedited shipping fees for any products returned.
- CellularFactory.com shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.
- If CellularFactory.com deems that your product is not defective, but you would like to exchange your item, you will be charged our shipping charges for returning the item to us. If you would like a refund of the item, you will be charged for the shipping of the return and a 15% restocking fee.
