I had trouble trying to check out online. After adding an item to my shopping cart, the website did not go to the shopping cart. I had to scrutinize the website carefully (I even asked my husband if he could spot it) to find a link to the shopping cart. If you want people to buy from you, make it easy. Put commonly used buttons big and upfront.
